It was down in a old bomb shelter/boiler room the old one had to be pulled up through a hatch and the new one had to go down through the same hatch. They did a great job getting the old one out putting a new one in. They also provided some much needed supports for the piping that went to the boiler holding up an expansion tank that was just hanging off the piping. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have a problem. My water heater went out on a sunday night about five p m. I went online and found angie. Subsequently, I found Christine, and she was more than willing to have her technician. Come out and give me an estimate on what it was going to cost me to fix my water heater. That alone, it was enough to make me decide that they were the ones who were going to fix my water heater. I did go out and buy my own water heater at home depot, and they were more than willing to come Install it for me at a very reasonable price.
